A separate, unrelated company called GO DIGITAL LIMITED (NZBN 9429031043526) also exists on the register, and it also happens to be registered in Bayview, Auckland. Your domain name belongs to you, not to us. Domain registration and renewal are not part of the monthly plan, which means your domain sits in your own registrar account under your control. If you cancel, your domain simply stops pointing at our servers, and you can point it at any provider you like.
Your content is yours. The code stays ours.
Everything you supply (your copy, images, logo, and business information) remains your property, and we return it to you if you cancel. The underlying code, design system, and hosting infrastructure remain the property of VATS LIMITED and are licensed to you as part of the hosted service. That is the honest trade-off of subscription pricing: you get a custom build with no upfront cost, and the build itself stays with us. This is set out in sections 4 and 5 of our terms of service.
Your content and domain, yes. The built site itself, no.
On cancellation we provide all original content, images, and copy you supplied, and your domain stays under your control. The site code is not transferred, so a new provider would rebuild around your content and domain. There is no exit fee and nothing stopping you from leaving.

Plans are month to month with no lock-in contract and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription simply runs to the end of the current billing period.

There is no deposit, no setup fee, and no cancellation fee. Billing starts only once your website is launched and live. If you cancel before your site launches, you pay nothing.

Starter is $49/month, Growth $99/month, and Pro $179/month, all with $0 upfront and GST (15%) added on invoice. eCommerce and complex builds are priced individually on the Custom plan. Optional add-ons: extra pages $30/month each, content changes $80/hour, logo design $299 one-off, copywriting $49/page. The AI chatbot and voice agent run on third-party AI models, so AI usage is billed separately: bring your own API key or pay usage at cost. Google Ads budget is paid to Google directly. Design, build, hosting, SSL, maintenance, and support.
Every plan includes custom design and development, hosting, an SSL certificate, ongoing maintenance and security updates, a mobile-responsive build, on-page SEO (basic on Starter, full on Growth and Pro), and AEO setup so your business can be found and understood by AI assistants. Growth and Pro add Google Business Profile setup or optimisation, an AI chatbot, an AI voice agent, and monthly performance reports. The full comparison table is on the pricing page.
Domains, email, content edits, AI usage, and ad spend.
Domain registration and renewal are not included; your domain is yours and you pay your registrar directly. Email hosting is not included; because you own your domain, you can run email with any provider. Content changes after launch are an add-on at $80/hour. AI usage for the chatbot and voice agent is billed separately (bring your own API key or pay usage at cost). Google Ads spend is paid to Google, separate from the management we do on Pro. Prices exclude GST, which is added on invoice.
The current month is non-refundable. Future billing stops when you cancel.
Subscription fees already charged for the current billing period are not refunded, and there are no partial refunds for unused days. Cancelling stops all future billing, and if your website has not launched yet, cancelling costs nothing. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Our public review trail is still short. We would rather say that than inflate it.
What you can verify today: the live websites in our portfolio, our company record on the NZ Companies Register, and the free mock-up we design before you pay anything. Two portfolio sites (KiwiAgent and SaaSKool) are our own products, which we disclose openly; they still show exactly how we build. If a review count looks too good to be true elsewhere on the internet, it is not ours.
Upgrade in place. Nothing gets rebuilt from scratch.
You can move between Starter, Growth, and Pro at any time, and the Custom plan covers eCommerce, multi-location, and integration-heavy builds. Larger projects beyond the subscription model are handled by the same team through the VATS LIMITED brand family. And if the right answer for you is leaving, your content and domain go with you.
