Plan notes:
- Features marked * (AI chatbot, AI voice agent) run on third-party AI models. AI usage is
  billed separately: bring your own API key, or we bill usage on to you at cost. The plan
  price covers the build, setup and support, not the AI usage itself.
- Most websites launch within 5-10 business days of receiving content; larger builds can
  take 2-3 weeks.

# Add-Ons

- Extra pages: $30/mo each. Add additional pages to any plan.
- Content updates & edits: $80/hr. We make content changes for you, billed by the hour.
- Logo design: $299 one-off. Professional logo and brand identity package.
- Copywriting: $49/page. SEO-optimised website copy written by professionals.
- Google Ads budget: Managed separately. Ad spend is separate from your monthly plan fee.

# Honestly NOT included

- Domain name registration and renewal. Your domain is yours, held in your own registrar
  account; we never take ownership of a client's domain.
- Email hosting. You own your domain, so you can use any email provider with it.
- AI usage for the chatbot and voice agent (see plan notes above).
- Google Ads budget: ad spend is paid to Google directly.
- Content changes after launch are the hourly add-on above, not a bundled monthly allocation.

# Cancellation and refunds

Month to month, cancel anytime; the subscription runs to the end of the current billing
period. The current billing period is non-refundable; cancelling stops all future billing.
Cancelling before launch costs nothing. On cancellation you keep your domain and all
content you supplied. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 rights are unaffected.
